The last Flash Player update Adobe made for Android was back on September 10 2013. Many sites have since dropped support of the of this old Flash 11.1.x branch used by Android and BlackBerry Playbook.

Use a computer with Windows, OS X or Linux that has an up to date Flash player distributed by Adobe. There are not any safe ways to play Flash content on Android.
