Can't add Paypal on Facebook. There support unswer that everithing is ok by there sides. And maybe the problem in your browser. I can send a video

I am truing to add Paypal as a payment method on Facebook, it starts well, redirecting on paypal/checkout.. but then opens main page of my profile on paypal and thats all... no chekout, nothing happens... I already spent 3 days trying to add paypal) I can add screenshots (and I can also send a video, Just say how)
