security password; creation of folders

I have tried every suggestion to get rid of the security password to no avail. Help! I never created a password, therefore I can’t login with a “current” password to get rid of it. Any and all suggestions will be greatly appreciated!

Second, I have been unable to create new folders in either primary folders or sub folders. Any suggestions?I have done this many times in the past, so it’s not that I don’t know how, it simply isn’t saving or showing them when I try to create new ones.
