Please! Tell me how to move tabs under the address bar. I tried t create userChrome.css but that didn't work. I guess I do smth wrong. I'm not sure that I created userChrome.css in the right place. And what do I have to type in userChrome.css? If you could give me please some instructions! I hate tabs on top.
