I have an Iphone 5C with Firefox. It appears that the browser's cookies are disabled. I have them enabled in safari by default. Is there another way to test or ensure they are set in Firefox?

Cookies are enabled by default, and there's no setting to disable them. Maybe you're in private browsing mode? See Private Browsing in Firefox for iOS
