My mozilla is too slow and crashes during work. I have found a solution where I have to delete all the history and extensions. I have alot of useful data in history that helps as quick suggestions list while I type something in search bar. Is there any way that I delete history in such way that there one site of all website save so later when I type in search bar it give me suggestion as it is providing me now. Please email me of this of solution as soon as possible.

Something is probably going wrong with your files in the profile where Firefox stores such things. There certainly should not be any need to delete History. Firefox actually deletes some of that if you have too much, or if you have too many bookmarks. (Bookmarks share the same database with History).

Try a creating new additional profile and use that for troubleshooting purposes. Note the profile manager you use allows you to choose which profile you use each time you use the profile manger.

Obviously it is not a practical solution to delete both History and add-ons on a regular basis, that rather defeats the object of having History and addons.

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web Link} by holding down the <Shift>
(Mac=Options)
key, and then starting Firefox. A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh).

Is the problem still there?

While still in Safe Mode,

In the address bar, type about:crashes<enter>. Note: If any reports do not have BP in front of the numbers/letters, click it to submit them.

The crash report is several pages of data. We need the report numbers to see the whole report.

Using your mouse, mark the most resent 7 - 10 crash reports, and copy them. Now go to the reply box below and paste them in.
