Plug-in Schockwave Flash chrashes

Almost every time i start browsing, I get a waring with " Plug in Schockwave Flash crashed The page stops loading, and i have the choice to choose stop plug in or continue. When i say stop the plug in, it just continues loading the page and everything is fine. But the warning is verry annoying and the browser freezes.
