Why do I see tiny Chinese characters in the area of my tabs?

Chinese characters appear in the area of my tabs. As I work and add more tabs, they get in the way of reading the tabs. I see that some others have complained of the same thing. If it doesn't stop soon I will quit using Firefox.

Chosen solution

The McAfee SiteAdvisor extension has been reported to cause this issue, so you can disable this extension.
