What application are you trying to use to send mail? This forum is for support for Mozilla Firefox.

If it is Thunderbird try http://getsatisfaction.com/mozilla_messaging. More specific information on the error message will be required.

For other applications seek support from the vendor.

As an aside, your plug-ins and Firefox version are out of date. Please consider upgrading to a Firefox version that isn't in end of life, and run a Plugin Check
