Firefox sync not working, mozilla won't send me emails to reset password and keeps saying ''unable to log you in'' or ''dino has ecsaped''

I verified that my email is indeed being used for my sync account but mozilla has not sent me ANY notifications or password resets to that email. Firefox also never provided me a recovery key for said account, I've been very satisfied with firefox in the past but come on this is something I'd expect from Microsoft.

UPDATE: I have now accessed my account but ALL MY INFORMATION is gone. Nothing has synced besides my empty browser, are your servers having any issues lately?
