I have searched up every possible tutorial on here and youtube and on firefox itself. Hopings devs can solve this

Are you using Firefox for Android or have you installed the Linux version of Firefox on your Chromebook?

You can change the theme in Firefox for Android, but cannot set a background to the new tab.
