Why wasn't the index.html file created for some imap folders when exporting all msgs with export tools to eml format?

export tools works great to make a local copy in email format of messages in a few folders on outlook.com But when exporting all messages from one folder of about 7400 messages, the messages did get exported but the tool did NOT create an index.html file. I tried repairing the index and exporting again, didn't help. i tried to have an index built after the export by selecting export html index only....and it did export an index, but the first column showing location of the file were not active links....nothing happened if you clicked on them and they were not shown in blue collar as live indexes.

So...I've done this export for several folders and seen a good index.html created with working links in addition to all the messages in eml format. But for this one folder, from the same server at outlook com, which I've attemped to export to the same hard disk archive folder I've set up....NO index, and the separately created index only is not a working active index with links that respond to any clicks.

What gives?

The import export tool is supported by it's author perhaps you could ask him. Although I understand he is not updating the add-on for the next version of Thunderbird.
