After signing in they ask for a phone number to send a Google passcode number 2 while I was trying to put in my phone number it went to a phone number that was already on the screen then I send it to my phone number can you tell me if whoever that first one went to can see my account information?

No. The person just got a text with a link to the Play store to download Firefox when they did not make such a request. No account information is included.

You can just enter your correct phone number in the form or open the Play app and search for Firefox.
