Hello,

The tags you have selected suggest you are using Firefox for Windows. You should be able to manually check for updates from the "About Firefox" menu

To open this menu, either press the alt key to open the menu bar, click help, then click About Firefox You can also click the three bar menu, click help, then click About Firefox.

In windows, this will give you options to update
