unable to send email after update

After a recent update, I'm having issues with sending emails via Thunderbird. I'm trying to reply to a message sent to "email1" but it's trying to use "email2" for some reason. the send email at the top of the email is "email1".

(removed email addresses as I don't know if this is public viewing)

Sending of the message failed. An error occurred while sending mail. You must have separate smtp servers for each account, and have each account sending on the correct smtp with a matching User Name:
