Thunderbird Error : No Common Encryption Algorithm

Hi,

I get a weekly newsletter and about 3 weeks ago when I tried to open it I go the following error :

"Thunderbird and files.constantconnect.com cannot communicate security because they have no common encryption algorithms."

Since I did not make any changes to my settings, then obviously something changed with the sender or the sender's email server.

Any idea of how to fix this ?

I did try checking the URL for what security it offered, but the url does not resolve.

files.constantconnect.com apparently does not exist.

The cause is an incorrectly configured server. However as the link you provided simply does not exist there is exactly Zero capacity to test what is incorrectly configured. Perhaps whom ever is sending you links needs to send public links and not links internal to their network.
