Hello, navigate to about:support by typing it your URL bar, then click on Refresh Firefox.

Once restarted, click on Library, then Bookmarks, then Show All Bookmarks. Click on Import and Backup, and select Import Data From Another Browser, and follow the prompts.

Download Firefox For All languages And Systems {web link}

Save the file. Then Close Firefox.

Using your file browser, open the Programs Folder on your computer.

Windows: C:\Program Files C:\Program Files (x86)
