So, it's kind of random. Whenever i'm checking email, or facebook, or youtube, or surfing, etc... It randomly disconnects. the wireless doesn't and everything else doesn't but i can't refresh, go to another site or anything. i have to completely shut down the browser and restart it. It sucks cause most of the time i'm doing work with researching. I do a lot of work with Family Trees so i pretty much have anywhere from 2, 3 to 10 or more tabs open at any given time, before you say anything like the tabs suggestion, the disconnect issue doesn't matter if i have 1 or 10 tabs open, it'll disconnect. :'( very problematic. Please, Help!

Thank you, Randy Mason AKA Fr3aKeD

Hi Fr3aKeD, I understand that the internet disconnects. Does is happen on the same network, if so try to make sure that you have a strong connection.

If not, you can toggle the network settings in this setting: Advanced panel - Accessibility, browsing, network, updates, and other advanced settings in Firefox
