For example there are a lot of guilty pleasure songs that I will be embraced if anyone will see.

example: Kylie Minogue

Is there a way to remove and never record any page associated with this keyword 'kylie Minogue'

From this places 1, 2, 3 (can see the images)

Same thing for 3 is there a way not to record keywords or record anything in boxes like this

Chosen solution

When you say keywords, are you referring to they keywords associated with a search engine? Manage Search > double click on keyword column

You may also need to delete history entries if you have history set to remember everything. However, in the location bar settings in Options > Privacy > you can change what is searches: "Nothing" or History and Bookmarks.
