My Satelite Laptop uses Windows 7. I have been doing online banking without problems until recently. Now when I Log In to my bank only summary details can be viewed, but when I select a specific account, the daily details are NOT accessable or forthcomming. I reset the Firefox browser and this data appears OK until logging off the browser and computer. Next Log-in, I have to start by resetting Firefox in order to view my daily account details. Why? I have cleared cookies and cash. Updated to the latest Fefox 19. Updated the Java & Updated the Adobe. This has been an issue now for a few weeks and I cannot work out what triggered this.. Can anyone Please advise how to repair a more permanent fix?

Doesn't it have any effect at all if you clear the cookies and reload the page?

Reload web page(s) and bypass the cache to refresh possibly outdated or corrupted files.

  • Press and hold Shift and left-click the Reload button.
  • Press "Ctrl + F5" or press "Ctrl + Shift + R" (Windows,Linux)
  • Press "Command + Shift + R" (MAC)

Which security software (firewall, anti-virus) do you have?

Your system details list shows disabled extensions from Norton and McAfee.

  1. McAfee SiteAdvisor 3.6.0 (Inactive)
  2. Norton Toolbar 2012.5.12.5 (Inactive)

It is usually a bad idea to have more than one of such security suits installed, so it is quite possible that one of them is causing this problem with corrupting data in the Firefox profile folder.
