After my Windows 10 update I found 2 versions of Firefox (43.0)and (34.0), and 2 versions of Thunderbird (38.3.0) and (31.4.0) listed in my uninstall programs listing. One version of Firefox eventually went away for some unknown reason.

Below are registry keys found. First 2 are identical listings under the Property store. The remainders are from a search for the outdated version of Thunderbird. This found some of the outdated versions of Firefox. Hope this helps you.

The windows installed programs list is so notorious for being rubbish that there is a cottage industry around fixing the listing to look like reality. I am guessing this is another example.

Not only that, there seem to be a myriad of issues caused by the Windows 10 update process
