I have used Mozilla for several years and use Excite for my emails. I can bring up the Excite site but when I click on an email to open it, it quickly flashes on and off of the screen. At first I thought it was because my laptop has XP as the operating system but this also happens on my desktop which has Windows 7 as the operating system. I have had to resort to using Explorer as I don't have this problem when using that to open Excite.

Hi vairyred,

Thank you for you question. I tried adding it to facebook and did not see any differences on a Mac. However when I tried it on a Windows 7 I did not have any trouble on the site. Please see if this also happens when you hold Ctrl + Shift and start Firefox.

I understand there is a mail function on this site as well. I do not know what you mean by flash, but if it is a pop up you can allow pop ups for this site in the Options > Content > Exceptions menu.

I hope this helps. If it does not please ask another question. :-)
