How can I start FF from command line (in nix) without window, menu, tabs and others - as absolutely full screen mode?

I need FF on Linux basis for kiosk with tuchscreen. So it should start automatically from command line (console) in fullscreen mode without window, menu, tabs, adress line and side ruler. I guess I may configure it in some conf file and use some options in command line, but where can I find the full list of options and conf file description?
