How do you regain your bookmarks when you update to Windows 7?

I have updated from Windows XP Professional to Windows 7. Is there any way to get the bookmarks from Firefox that I was using before I installed the software? I used easy transfer from Microsoft, but apparently it didn't store the program for Firefox. I don't have a problem downloading it again, but would really like to be able to access my bookmarks. I have a lot of time invested in compiling that list of bookmarks. Any help will be appreciated.
