It is whether the phone hardware (ARMv7 cpu) and Android OS (2.1+) supports mobile Firefox.
What model is your Kyocera phone exactly as that is vague when they have a number of phones including some that use Android including Milano C5121/C5120, Echo M9300
The link that Ed gave only mentions the "Kyocera M9300 (Echo)" model which is compatible.
