I have 3.6.15 and want to change the persona but cant?

I googled it and it said to look for the little fox in the left bottom corner but I think in this version it doesnt have that. I really just want to change my persona picture in the top where the address bar is?

You can find the currently installed persona in Tools > Add-ons > Themes just like other themes.
