why would it be that my personas are not working?

I wanted to change the persona I had...I chose one that I had already installed and it worked fine.

But then I wanted to get a brand new persona...I deleted the ones I had to avoid having too many in the list. The preview was not working, and when I clicked on 'wear' it wouldn't do anything...now I only have the default persona and a dull grey mozilla.

Any tips?

Previewing a persona only works on sites that are whitelisted via an allow exception.

You can see the permissions for the domain in the current tab in:

  • Tools > Page Info > Permissions > [X] Install Extensions or Themes
  • Tools > Options > Security : "Warn me when sites try to install add-ons": Exceptions

Make sure that you do not use Delete browsing, search and download history on Firefox to clear the 'Site Preferences'.

I think it was a problem with the configs my computer has (I'm after all at work).

Now it's asking me to authorize each download of a persona...bothersome but working fine!
