In Google images, If you long press on an image that you would like to save, a menu should appear that will allow you to download the file to your Android device. Is there any extension or solution which can help me?

Hola, Correcto al presionar unos segundos sobre una imagen se abre un menú con varias opciones una es descargar (guardar) la imagen. El Firefox debe tener permiso de Almacenamiento. Si no la hace deberías restablecer el Firefox borrando los datos y cache desde Aplicaciones del Android, esto borrara marcadores, historial y contraseñas. Saludos
