After I use Firefox 2 or 3 times after turning on computer, when I go to close it, it doesn't close and I can't reopen it and gain access to the browser. Nor can I jump from my e-mail program (Incredimail) to Firefox through links to web sites.

Note: Windows 8 and Windows 10 have built-in flash players and Adobe will cause a conflict. Install the plugin only. Not the ActiveX.

About how long is Firefox running before the problem shows up?

Start Firefox in Safe Mode {web link} by holding down the <Shift> (Mac=Options) key, and then starting Firefox.

A small dialog should appear. Click Start In Safe Mode (not Refresh). Is the problem still there?
