How can I transfer my contacts in Yahoo email to my Firefox email?

What steps do I need to do in order to import my email contacts in my Yahoo account into my Mozilla Firefox email account? Can I do this without having to copy and paste each individual contact name?

Only special users have a Mozilla Firefox email account.

Firefox is a web browser, not an e-mail browser like Thunderbird.

If you have an e-mail account with Yahoo, then it is still there (unless you closed it) at Yohoo.com or whatever.
