Bad request error message on android while trying to open outlook email

more options

Hi my name is Dan and for the past week my wife and I are having the same problem trying to login to outlook for our email account through our android's. It used to happen only once and a while and I would just have to clear my browsing history and it would let me in. We keep getting the same error (Bad Request). We have never had these problems until about 2 months ago but now we can't login at any point unless we are on the computer. Is there something we can do to fix this error? If there is something please let me know and please don't get to complicated with the tech wording please speak in layman's terms. Thank you Dan

Problem

When you attempt to access a website, you may sometimes instead receive a "Bad Request" error message where the website content should have loaded. This error often contains the number "400" and may include additional text, such as "Your browser sent a request that this server could not understand. Size of a request header field exceeds server limit."

Solution

First, check the website URL you entered to make sure it is correct. If the web address appears to be entered correctly, then the issue can usually be resolved by clearing your browser's cache and cookies.
