I have just updated to version 91 and am still having a problem that I have had for about 2 years and this is to do with unified folders and local folders.

If I am just viewing folders ALL then I can see all of the local folders I have set up and are using, screenshot attached showing the 10 local folders that are visible in the view ALL

If I am viewing folders UNIFIED then I can only see 3 folders and not 10 folders that I have when viewing local folders. screenshot attached

Something is really wrong and I can't work out what it is. I expect that there is some way of changing local folders which are displayed in the unified view but I can't work it out myself

Have you tried closing Thunderbird, opening your profile folder, navigating to the mail folder and deleting the "smart mailboxes" folder then restarting Thunderbird?

That forces a full rebuild of the unified folders (they were smart mailboxes historically before they were unified)
