Large forms option-list not rendering correctly
When visiting websites with large form option-lists, since firefox 59.x and up, the option-lists aren't rendered correctly anymore and they don't visibly contain all available options.

Do you have a multiple monitor setup?
In the past there have been issues reported with selection drop-down lists on Mac.
