How do I enable Java

more options

I am trying to print a coupon from EAS (protein products) and they tell me that my version is not compatible. I actually have the latest versio of Java, but EAS is using the previous version.

I also get the message that I need to Enable Java.

I am using Mozilla Firefox and can't find where to do that. Also, I can't even find the previous version to download.

HALP!

It is a vendor site, www.bodyforlife.com, the company name is EAS.

I tried to print a product coupon from them and I got the Java error. Even, when I use their link to get Java, it simply offers a download to the latest version that I already have.

Bodyforlife says I am not compatible with version 6. 7 is the latest version.

Looking at your system details; aside; I see no mention of Java so it is probably: blocked, disabled or not installed.

Have you read the linked article in Darcey's post about unblocking java ? did that help ?

Firefox says to enable Java and I did download it again, when the error msg offered a link to Java. The computer was also rebooted after downloading as well.

Could you check

Windows Control Panel > Java (32-bit)

(Please note that even though you are running 64-bit Windows, Firefox is a 32-bit application and runs the 32-bit version of Java.)

On the Security tab, is there a checkmark in the box for "Enable Java content in the browser"?

If not, check that, then restart Firefox.

Could you review your plugins here:

orange Firefox button (or Tools menu) > Add-ons > Plugins category

The disabled plugins cluster toward the bottom.

Can you find Java SE?
