Why did Sync disappear in Android Aurora 11?

Besides Mozilla's obvious compatibility advantages with certain kinds of web content, I have been "kept in" the Firefox game, despite mobile Android Chrome Browser's increasing reliability and versatility, by Firefox Sync--although it does less than Chrome desktop Sync, it seems more fluid and less resource-heavy. While I am grateful for the major UI improvement in alpha 11/Aurora 11.0b2, I was disheartened to see Sync missing in action from all the menu selections I was able to access.

Is this just a temporary subtraction while you work out any bugs in the core of Aurora 11 and the new UI? I'm sorry if this question has been asked 40 times already, but I couldn't find a traditional forum layout here, and your quick search tool said this question is unique.

Not to beat a dead horse, but while I see that you have added compatibility for Android Flash 11, some websites still think the browser is missing that API. I could give examples, but I'm pretty sure you know exactly why? URLs http://www.whatismyflash.com sees it on the tablet, but m.youtube.com does not. Toggling plug-ins from ask to always on doesn't help.

Also (and I'm sure this question is misplaced, but I'll ask anyhow), is it common for Windows 7600 / Professional x64 to have issues with in-app updating? My Aurora here shows a button to update, but when that button is clicked, the program shuts down and restarts with the same binary, seemingly.

Incidentally, I use an ASUS Transformer and a Moto Droid3, running Android 3.2.1 and Android 2.3.4, respectively.

Thanks, and keep up the good fight!

The Test builds of Firefox on the Aurora development channel (currently as 11.0a2) gets update patches pretty much every day with gaps sometimes in between if there are no checkins on Aurora channel at time. To know what build date you have type in about: in Location (address) bar.

An update from here

The code for Firefox Sync has landed but is not yet enabled in the native UI; the sync developers hope to enable it in the next week or so. That's the last major piece that's missing, though there are also lots of smaller things that still need to get fixed before we can ship this thing.
