Information panels show a mail has arrived but it does not arrive in my inbox. Therefore I can get no replies. Inbox display is totally different and nothing is ordered as before, by date etc.

Are you using Thunderbird or Firefox to get your emails? If the latter, you may need to change your email settings or ask your email provider.
