Fai anzitutto un backup del profilo -> https://support.mozilla.org/it/kb/Effettuare%20il%20backup%20dei%20dati%20personali

Poi, Hai installato delle estensioni? Hai un antivirus di terze parti? Hai usato programmi per la pulizia del sistema o del registro?
