When going to some websites an additional input sneak onto the screen. A "radio button" requires me to pick the button (upper right of screen) which has the word "allow" on the button. This occurs randomly and not on all requests to go to a website. Why does this step occur, why so random and can I TURN THE PEST OFF?

Does it say anything to the left of that button? If it is something like “Firefox prevented this page from reloading”, go to Options -> Advanced, select the General tab and remove the check on “Warn me when web sites try to redirect or reload the page”. If it is something else – tell us what does the text say?
