bold text Firefox won't let me sign in to my health insurance account. I cleared cache, set ghostery to trust site, changed password. The agent had no problem getting on my account with Chrome. I finally accessed through Ipad, but I still cannot get on with Firefox. Says, "Unable to retrieve information" and tells me to contact the company.

I went to privacy setting and put the United Healthcare website as an exception. I restarted computer and it still did not allow me to get on the site. I had allowed cookies and location. I decided to try Microsoft Edge and it does work on that site. Can't figure out why it doesn't work on Firefox.
