I get this message; The connection to www.paypal.com was interrupted while the page was loading. 

   The site could be temporarily unavailable or too busy. Try again in a few moments.
   If you are unable to load any pages, check your computer's network connection.
   If your computer or network is protected by a firewall or proxy, make sure that Firefox is permitted to access the Web.
It works OK on IE but not on Firefox. I Cleared cache and cookies and allowed Firefox on the firewall.

Labels are produced as a pop up window which you then print from. I'm getting the pop up but then I get the above message. On the paypal forums, other people are having this problem, only with Firefox.

Hello,

Can you please confirm that this is the issue you are facing

  1. You are trying to do an online transaction on some site which uses paypal
  2. You finish the payment on paypal
  3. Then you need to print a label (say, for the shipment)
  4. The popup windows opens
  5. But the label is not displayed - rather the message you mentioned about the site being unavailable is displayed
  6. This issue is happening only on Firefox - not on Google Chrome or Internet Explorer
  7. This issue has been reported on Paypal's site too

If the above is accurate, can you please point us to the link on Paypal's site so that we can investigate if the issue is with Firefox or if something on Paypal.com.

Hi, thank you for your reply.

I was trying to print a shipping label via ebay.

I didn't try chrome. It wouldn't print on Firefox, so I opened IE, it printed from there, I went back to Firefox and tried again and got the same error message.

I can't give a link to the label printing as it automatically pops up when you pay for a label on the paypal website.
