There is no "official" supported way to do so. If you FULLY understand the INCREDIBLE RISK this poses:

Uninstall Firefox 9 and DO NOT check the remove personals settings Download 7.0.1 -> ftp://ftp.mozilla.org/pub/mozilla.org/firefox/releases/7.0.1/win32/en-US/ Install 7.0.1

You are MUCH better off explaining what it is you don't like...
