I'd like to install both versions 3.6.x and 7.x on windows 7. Is that possible? And if so, how? Thanks.

I just started using a plugin that is alleged to work best under Mozilla Firefox 3.6.x. I prefer 7.x and would like the option to run either or both depending on my needs.

I have a fresh install of Windows 7 with Mozilla Firefox 3.6.23 and I'd like to also load in the latest version of Mozilla Firefox 7.x.

How can this be done without the second install obliterating the first?

Thanks.

I solved my own problem from two directions:

1) http://portableapps.com/apps/internet/firefox_portable Lets me keep my installed 3.6.x in Windows, and run 7.0.1from a USB drive, or even a folder on my hard drive. (Which defeats the purpose of the "portable" app, but solves my problem.)

2) I separated from the company that wanted me to run 3.6.x, so I'm free to upgrade my firefox to whatever version I want.

Thanks for all the help, mozilla support community.
