Trying to login to AKO Webmail site. Certificate warning box pops up, and I click on "Add Exception", but nothing happens.

Do you have the DoD certificates installed?
You need at least the CA-2 root certificate and the CA-17 and CA-21 intermediate certificates.
You can try the forum to ask for help on how to install the certificates on Mac.
