When I open the AccuWeather hourly forecast page, a notification will appear on my android 8.1 on Moto G5. Even after closing the page, it doesn't go away. It can't be dismissed either.

That happens on other pages too. This seems to be quite random bug. Sometimes the notification stays after closing the tab, sometimes it doesn't.
