Emails will not load into Thunderbird
I am unable to receive emails on Thunderbird. I get the RETR message. I read in help section that I should remove the password (which was changed today), which I did, but I didn't receive a prompt to sign in with new password when I brought up Thunderbird. I really need help. I am missing a lot of business emails.

What anti virus are you using? Norton's at least has a password vault which sits in the middle and at times makes a mess of password prompts.
