Since the other day whenever I try to send an email using Thunderbird with my IP provided email address the Gmail address pops up and Gmail wants me to log into gmail. Now I cannot send an email using my IP email addy. My IP addy is the default, the gmail addy is only used for gaming, FB etc.

Sounds like you are not using the correct outgoing server. Please post this info: In thunderbird

  • Help > Troubleshooting Information
  • click on 'Copy text to clipboard'
  • In this forum question, right click in a 'Post a Reply' text box and select 'Paste'.
  • You can edit/remove all info on fonts and printers but nothing else.
