You can remove selected categories of history and personal data from Firefox for Android from within Firefox. This support article has the steps: Clear your browsing history and other personal data on Firefox for Android.

You can clear ALL settings and personal data from Firefox for Android using Android's app management screen:

Settings > Apps > Firefox > "Clear data" button

But if you are looking for something more selective like the desktop Refresh feature, I'm not aware of a way to do that.
