In previous versions, I used to have a download video ico,which diseappear in version 8. How do I get this icon back !

I used to be able to download video from an icon on I beleive the menu bar. This icon has disappeared in version 8. How do I get it back

I could download any video I saw on internet . Maybe it was an add-on, can't remember, but I used to have an icon on menu or address bar !
