Many "Proxy Authentication" dialogs have started popping up, especially when going to a Google search results page. I am behind a company firewall, but don't have this problem in IE and didn't used to have it in FF.

The company has a firewall and a proxy server. The IE LAN setting are_un_ checked for automatic configuration and no proxy info is given either. I don't know where they put the local config file on my machine. Changing the FF radio boxes from No Proxy, Auto Config, Local Config, etc., does not "disappear" these dialog boxes. The dialog boxes request my username and password for the local proxy authentication machine. I don't have a sign-on. We generally use NT authentication for everything internally.

I love FF, but this is making it unuseable for me. With all the smart people reading this, someone must have an idea. Please give this a few brain cycles and help.
