We're sorry you forgot your password. When logging in to your account, you can normally click on the forgot password option to replace the password with a new one for u.Is this possible with you ? First, you will need to cooperate a few steps to obtain it and retrieve your saved questions to request them again or create an additional email account for verification or solve puzzles so that they know it is you and not another suspicious person requesting one for you.
Try to do this as well as possible and precisely. Please take a moment to do this both on your first e-mail account and your second e-mail account.
